Exodus Community Awakening Foundation Uganda (ECAFUg) is Nonprofit Foundation thats aimed at uplifting the Lives of the people living in Ugandan Urban Slums

In communities that we live, an increased number of early pregnancies, Low incomes and many more challenges are causing many children and youths end up dropping out of schools..

This has left very many with no chance to participate in the skilled employment section..

Many young ladies lack skills for survival, many live in times of hardshu as no one is willing to employ them due to having no area of expertise. Many Youths have resorted to different activities that put their lives in danger and keep them doomed in days of struggle.

With these reasons (many of which are not stated above) Young Ugandans who are patriotic and feel concerned about this problem decided to join hands and come out to combat the hardships faced by the majority. The EXODUS COMMUNITY AWAKENING FOUNDATION has been created to help provide skills to the underprivileged, school dropouts and young mother's with the skills that are relevant and can help rise them to the betterment of their lives.

Among the skills that we are to teach the community include; Knitting & Sewing, Electric Installation, Shoe Making, Hair Plaiting, Carpentry, Computer Studies, Catering, and very many more skills that are essential in daily lives.

Exodus Community Awakening Foundation is located in Bwaise, a Kampala Slum that is most affected by the poverty syndrome. We believe that through this foundation, many lives are going to be changed
